All Transport Fair booths are outdoor booths.
The fairground is divided into four outdoor areas: U1, U2, U3 and U4.
Of these, U3 and U4 are situated in the same area as the Truck Show.

customer invitations and exhibitors wristbands
Customer invitations
Customer invitations are an excellent way of inviting customers and stakeholders to see your company’s exhibition booth and its products and services.
The customer invitation must be filled out carefully and it must bear the exhibitor’s stamp or other company identification. The customer invitation gives free admission for one to the Transport Fair on your chosen date. We will send you the returned (i.e. used) customer invitations along with your invoice after the trade fair. In this way, you can utilize your guest data for after-sales marketing.
Since you will be invoiced only for returned invitations, you can avoid unnecessary costs.
Exhibitor wristbands
Each exhibition booth includes exhibitor wristbands for the booth. Additional exhibitors wristbands not included in the exhibition booth can be ordered in advance or obtained from the trade fair office. The additional bands will be invoiced afterwards in conjunction with customer invitation invoicing.

exhibition booth assembly
Exhibition booth assembly will begin on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 10:00.
Fairground opening hours:
Friday, August 11, 2013: 10:00–18:00
Saturday, August 12, 2013: 10:00–23:00
Area U1 assembling will begin on Thursday at 9:00.
Booths situated on the outer sides of area U2 are kindly requested to arrive by 12:00.
The assembly of booths situated in the center of area U2 can begin after 14:00.
The assembly of area U3 exhibition booths will begin on Thursday at 12:00.
Vehicle driving is allowed on the fairground during assembly and disassembly. Driving on the fairground during assembly will end on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 20:00. Driving on the fairground during disassembly can begin no earlier than on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 18:00.
The booths must be disassembled and the grounds must be empty by Sunday, August 13, 2023 at 12:00.
