customer invitations
Customer invitations are an excellent way of inviting customers and stakeholders to see your company’s exhibition booth and its products and services.
We offer two ways to order customer invitations:
1. Traditional paper invitations
2. Online orders through the electronic invitation system
Please choose the method that suits you best.
A €20 handling fee will be added for paper invitations. All prices are subject to the current applicable VAT.

Paper invitations must be filled in carefully and include the exhibitor’s stamp or company identification. Each invitation entitles one person to enter the exhibition during the period you have selected. Customer invitations are exchanged for a wristband at the gate. After the event, we will send you the returned (used) invitations together with the invoice. This allows you to make use of the visitor data for follow-up marketing.
Only the returned (used) customer invitations will be invoiced after the event.

2 days 55 euros
Invoicing of the returned customer invitations
- Customer invitations returns less than 30 pcs - invoicing with normal prices
- Customer invitations returns more than 30 pcs - discount 10 %
- Customer invitations returns more than 100 pcs - discount 20 %
- Customer invitations returns more than 200 pcs - discount 25 %
Ordered customer invitations will be mailed within about a week of ordering.
If customer invitations are sent to several different addresses at the request of the subscriber, a delivery fee of 10 euros, will be added to each shipment.
additional exhibitors wristbands
Exhibitor wristbands differ from those used by the general public. An exhibitor wristband grants free access both during the official opening hours of the event and to the vehicle exhibition area in the evening. The wristband must be worn on the wrist to be valid for entry. An exhibitor badge alone does not grant access to the event area.
If the number of wristbands and badges included with your exhibition stand is not sufficient, you may order additional ones using this same form. You may leave this section empty if no additional wristbands are needed.Extra wristbands and badges can also be collected during the event from the Power Truck Show Exhibition Office.
Additional exhibitor wristbands will be invoiced after the event at a price of €37 (incl. VAT).
