Arrival at the event

Preferably arrive before midnight on Thursday. Info desk closes around 22:00 on Thursday. If you arrive later, you can only collect your exhibitor wristbands, vehicle number signs, and other materials on Friday once the info desk opens. You may also arrive on Friday but must be on-site no later than 9:00 before the exhibition opens. Follow roadside signs and the “Lillbacka H2” traffic sign to reach the event area via the correct route (through Härmä village to Lillbacka Hall yard) and to the wash station.

Truck washing

Two Kärcher rinse/wash stations are available on-site free of charge, with professional staff handling rinsing. These are open starting Thursday 9:00 and will close during the night between Thursday and Friday once all trucks have been washed. Thorough washing must be completed before arriving at the area. If you need washing at another time, Härmän Liikenne offers a paid wash hall service. Contact Härmän Liikenne at +358 50 334 4554. If you do not need washing, follow signs directly to the exhibition area. Ask traffic guides for help if needed.

Registration and exhibitor package

Once your vehicle has been assigned a spot, register immediately at the Power Truck Show exhibition office. If the wash station is busy, a friend or a team member may collect your exhibitor package in advance. When registering, each vehicle exhibitor will receive an exhibitor package. You will also be given a garbage bag for waste — please use it and keep your area clean.

Admission and EXHIBITOR WRISTBANDS

Exhibitor wristbands are different from general admission ones. These allow access to the event at all times – daytime and evening. The wristband must be worn on

your wrist for entry. Just having an exhibitor card is not enough. Without the wristband, you cannot access the area outside of official opening hours. Additional exhibitor wristbands can be bought at the exhibition office during the event.

EXHIBITION OFFICE & POWERPARK INFO

Exhibition office

Located opposite the PowerPark Park Hotel. The exhibition office assists with exhibition-related matters, such as: additional customer invitations, exhibitor wristbands, exhibitor parking permits and media releases for distribution.

You cannot buy meal or drink tickets, Power Night evening tickets, or VIP tickets from this office. These are sold at PowerPark info desks.

At PowerPark info desks, you can buy: additional meal and drink tickets, Power Night evening tickets and VIP tickets.

Palace Arena Pickup Desk:

Thursday, August 6: 13:00–18:00

After this, tickets can only be picked up from Park Hotel Härmä reception.

Park Hotel Härmä Reception:

Open Thursday–Saturday: 7:00–23:00

Exhibitor parking

There is a designated free parking area for exhibitors about 200 meters from the event site at Yliviitalantie 112. Parking requires a permit, which you can get from the exhibition office.

Exhibitor meals

PowerPark handles exhibitor meals during the event. Lunch is served at Palace Arena from 11:00 to 16:00 on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Additional food and drink tickets can be ordered in advance from PowerPark at a lower price than buying on-site. Pre-ordered meal tickets can be picked up at PowerPark’s info desks.

ACCOMMODATION & TRANSPORTATION

PTS Messut Oy has reserved accommodations for exhibitors at Härmän Kylpylä and Lentohotelli Kauhava. Bookings must be made directly with the hotels using a code.

A shuttle bus will run between PowerPark, Härmän Kylpylä, and Kauhava Airport Hotel for guests staying at those accommodations. The shuttle schedule will be announced later and sent via email. They will also be available at the exhibition office and hotels. Exhibitors ride for free with the wristbands.
